Returns Policy

If the item received is either damaged or faulty(Only for the products mentioned “Made in India”,products mentioned imported have no replacement), a return claim must be filled with Coraltreewithin 3 days from date of dispatch of goods.
Email of your claim to coraltree.in@gmail.com 
The following options will then be made available :-
1. Replacement, If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability only in case if the product is mentioned “Made in India” For damage or faulty goods they will be replaced only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage is caused by mis-handling of courier. Also, there will be a packaging charge of 20% if packaging charge of 20% if packaging is not found in good condition.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available , a credit will be offered to the full amount of purchase price.


Cancellations Policy - Cancellation request will not be accepted if the order has been shipped from our end.

*Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 5-7 working days.
